In honor of World Outlander Day, we’re honoring the very person who started it all, Diana Gabaldon. So here’s a throwback pic post of 340+ Pics of Diana Gabaldon. Thank you for creating such a wonderful series Diana!

Thank you Diana, for letting use your Facebook pics.

“March 6th, 1988 is the day I began to write what would eventually become OUTLANDER. I meant to write a practice book, in order to learn how to write a novel. Once I knew how it all worked, I thought, I could write a _real_ novel; one I meant to be published. But I didn’t mean to tell anyone what I was doing, let alone show it to anybody.”
-Diana Gabaldon

  2. Congratulations on World Outlander Day 2018!. I love all the photos above shared with us all. Diana’s Outlander Books are treasures, each and every one of them. There is a gem of insight in each book that will change your lives for the better – who would think that a historical novel would do that. Diana’s books are ones that you can’t put down, be put aside to read another time; once opened her books hold the reader spellbound till the book is finished being read, then to be picked up again to be read over again. Absolutely amazing! Thank you Diana Gabaldon for giving us adventure, romance, an enduring love, intelligence, lots of intrigue, and mystery and for introducing us all to Scotland and its history.

  3. Diana looks so good in the photos above – a well travelled lady – who I am sure has made many friends around the world.
