That’s wonderful … Did you run into any surprises?
I’ve been working on my own family history and have run into some snags. I may possibly need some help in the future. I will say that Scotland makes old records more easily available than many other countries!
Great picture of Graham McTavish – and I still do miss him in Outlander. His “Dougal” was unforgettable. A family tree gives you a sense of belonging – and a fascinating trip into the past (since we don’t have a Craigh na Dun to walk through). Because of my family tree I found that I have Swedish, Irish, Scottish and English ancestry – (all kind of relative in a way) – and exciting to know. Thanks for sharing.
