  1. Loved the episode ❤️❤️

  2. I loved Episode 3 – the two scenes I found great was when Claire sees the apparition coming at her (the owner of the skull she is holding), and Roger’s singing and playing the guitar. And of course, I loved Jamie.

  3. Why isn’t anybody commenting anymore. I really enjoy reading what people think. For myself I’m finding this season a bit lacklustre. I know the story is told from Claire’s point of view but where is the dynamic strong Jamie we’ve seen in the previous series. I do hope he comes back.

    • I think most of the conversations already happened on twitter and the tweet went out late. I think now that the season is getting into its flow, we’ll see more and more the character we know and love. And plus you have to put into consideration its now TWO storylines and only an HOUR show. Its gonna be a lot of give and take in what gets cut and what we see.

      • Thank you primrosesandrue16 for your reply to Jen. I found all the opinions and perspectives very interesting and miss them. I am loving every minute of Season 4 – there is so much packed into every Episode. it’s exciting, dangerous, sad, humourous, emotionally gripping, I love it. I believe I’ll go into a serious withdrawal, if Outlander doesn’t go beyond Season 6. Never, have I enjoyed a TV series such as this one. I have read the Outlander books over and over – love them too.

    • I agree with the “back seat” that has been given to Jamie. I realize, too, that it is Claire’s story, but isn’t Jamie the principal of the story. He is the most important thing in Claire’s life! She did leave her daughter to travel back to spend the rest of her life with him, after all. And even the producers of the show admitted that Jamie’s “proverbial shoes were going to be impossible to fill” – “handsome, brawny, charming, sexy and loyal”. So let’s have him up front again!

  4. It’s been great to see Jamie’s humor come back. That seemed to be downplayed in the last two seasons, but then he didn’t have much to joke about, either.

    • Exactly my thoughts as well. Jamie does a great sense of humour. I am sure we will see more of it in the upcoming episodes of Season 4.
