That’s from downtown Vancouver, on the south side of Burrard Inlet with the east edge of Stanley Park (forested) in the foreground and Grouse Mt. on the north side of Burrard Inlet in the background. I know this spot well. It’s near the south entrance to Stanley Park (a little west of this spot). The Fraser is far to the south and you would not see Grouse so close or Stanley Park at all from down there.

A trip on the Mighty Fraser River – very appropriate!! -I see it every day – so glad the rain stayed away for you while you were in Vancouver.
So that’s where they are! The Fraser River is so beautiful – would love to visit it again!
