Sam Heughan is currently making the media rounds. Supposedly, the press tour is for the Outlander star’s new movie, The Spy Who Dumped Me. But he’s also low-key establishing himself as an ambassador for impressive summer dressing. There’s no word yet on whether the position is official, but the bright blue suit he wore to Build Studios in New York this week is as good an argument as any for establishing some sort of Scottish Style Consulate and naming him head of the operation.
