We are in urgent need of your help. The price of the site upgrade we have has once again skyrocketed. This site is very demanding in space because of screencaps and photos and we want to keep doing those for you guys.
Over the past 4 years that we’ve had this site, you all have been rather remarkable and have donated quite a lot to us. And every single penny you donated has gone towards maintaining this website. It has gone towards paying for our domain name, paying for storage upgrades, paying for giveaway prizes, paying for posters and other goodies to give out when we saw you at premieres or other events. We’ve also put a lot of our own money, blood, sweat and tears into this site, because we care about it and we care about you.
Therefore, we are coming to you once again. We need your help. If you can donate to us, to our site, to this passion project that has grown far beyond what any of us expected, we would be so unbelievably thankful, words would not be able to describe it. We have always been thankful for all of you and that will never change. No matter what happens, this site will always persevere, and if we can get help along the way, we will kindly and graciously accept it.

I’m not working because I’m my 91-year-old Dad’s full-time caretaker. So money is tight. However, I LOVE your website!! I have it bookmarked & often refer to it for info about Outlander. I especially love the screencaps from every episode. I often share them in Outlander groups I belong to when discussing moments during the show, etc. So I just tipped in $10. I wish I could do more. I hope others will help too. Your site is a resource I’d hate to lose. Thank you again & again for all the time and effort you put in. It is very much appreciated by this #Outlander fan!

I’ve donated. I go to this website because I am impressed by the content. Outlander Online is respectful and appreciative of the Outlander actors and crew but also the fans that enjoy the show. I find it nice to be able to see the most recent pictures or interviews or screen shots. You appreciate the right to a private life of the actors which is very noble and hard to do in the SM world of spreading rumors, hate and innuendo. Thank you for the hard work. Well Done!

I understand what you’re saying. However, If all the problem is, is screen-scrapes and pictures, why not just move the old stuff off and make room for the new. Or buy a bigger hard drive. 10TB should be big enough. Just from my own experience with media files that what I would do. And of course this is only a suggestion.
Which means we’d have to self-host and with the traffic the site gets we need our own dedicated server. We’ve tried this route before. It cost us $250 USD per month.
Just donated a bit for your excellent site. It’s the only one I go to; been here since the beginning.
