Lovely photo. Either Sam is at an angle, stepped in a hole, or the guy in front of him is REALLY tall.

Just look at those smiles! No wonder people like to wear Barbour clothing and styles. The man in front of Sam does appear to be taller, however, they are all standing on the edge of a river – which definitely is not flat. Poor Sam may have been sinking in the mud. I love his smile though.
