Here is a NEW Interview with Bear McCreary from Mashable
From Mashable:

Here is a NEW Interview with Matt Roberts and Jon Gary Steele from Entertainment Weekly

From EW:

The crew’s routine of constantly touching the horseshoe to help with their luck wasn’t included in Voyager, the third book in Gabaldon’s series on which this season is based.
