So glad to have Murtagh with us again. His is quite a fascinating personality – gruff and yet with quite a sense humour. He is always watching out for Jamie.
Happy to see Ron Moore listened to us fans and not have Murtagh die at Culloden, I think we’ll see him again in later episodes, possibly even in season 4. Thank-you Ron!
What an amazing picture of these men. I cannot imagine the suffering and the treatment that went on way back then when it really happen. So sad.
But, I am so happy to see Murtagh alive – he is such an important person in Jamie’s life – still holding a great sense of humor – touching a piece of cloth
from a kilt and hiding it from soldiers brought my heart to him. And the look that they gave each other when separation occurred is unforgettable.
I love it.
I didn’t realize how dangerous it was to have a piece of clan tartan in those days. A very brave Murtagh.
