So glad to see the end of horrible FranK but so glad to see dear Murtaugh again. So Hopeing to see him later in the story line. This change from the books story is a good one. Cheers to the actor picked for Lord John Grey. He is exactly as I visualized from the book. I liked the bit where Jamie gives Lord John the blue saphire. I always wondered what significnce the big blue saphire ring LJ gave Briana before her baby was born had. Now I see the connection. So, so, so glad Frank is dead. Also being born in 1948, I remember my Mother’s dresses being much prettier than Clairs drab attire. Her wardrobe for Jamie’s time period was so beautiful and she wore it so well, as did all the characters, but nothing attractive on the 1960’s Clair. So far my fav season on everything is season one. I wish they would air more reruns of that season. Least fav was the Paris stuff. Especially for Jamie look. My disliked (sounds better than hated) characters so far #1,and always, Leaorie, #2 Frank, #3Jenny. So hoping to see more of Mr. Raymond. Wondering what happened to all the other kids Jenny and Ian had before Ian? Seeing Jamie in prison makes me want to go wash my face and hands and brush my teeth. Good job on his grubby look. Wishing J and C would show some rememberence of Faith every once in awhile. Looking so forward to the reunion at the print shop. My pages in my book are falling out from reading that and the return to LB when Leaorie shows up. I watch each weeks episode rerun at least 4 times every day. I have never enjoyed reading and watching anything as much as Outlander.
So glad to read that someone else enjoys Outlander the way I do. My copies of my Outlander books have been reread a number of times (always find something new that was missed last time) and of course I have watched the episodes over and over. And I am so glad to see Murtagh back.
Agree with you Pamela, glad to see the last of Frank/BJR. I have watched season 1 (have the dvd) so many times I can say the lines right along with the actors. Very happy to see Murtagh survived Culloden, he’s one of my favorite actors. Getting closer to the Print Shop scene, should be next week! (sigh)
