  1. Graham did such a fabulous job that I am sad his character doesn’t continue but I know it isn’t that kind of a book. His portrayal of Dougal’s feelings at his brother’s death almost brings me to tears – even after multiple viewings!
    …and I know the people behind the scenes deserve equal praise. 🙂 well… 🙁

  2. Graham McTavish was so wonderful as Dougal. He is such a distinguished man, extremely talented. I am sad, too, that the character of Dougal McKenzie is now not part of the series. I have watched Outlander, Season 1, over and over and Dougal was such a powerful, intense person. Not easy to forget, thanks to Graham McTavish’s portrayal of Dougal.
