NEW Still and Interview with Caitriona Balfe and Tobias Menzies from Outlander Season 3   1 comment

Here is a NEW Still and Interview from Caitriona Balfe and Tobias Menzies from Outlander Season 3

Outlander Season 3

From Entertainment Weekly :

Brianna, meet your 20th-century dad!

EW has obtained an exclusive first look at season 3 of Outlander, when Claire (Caitriona Balfe) gives birth to Brianna — her daughter with Jamie (Sam Heughan) — and introduces him to Frank (Tobias Menzies), the man who will raise her. Claire is back in 20th-century Boston because Jamie forced her to leave Scotland due to the impending Battle of Culloden.

More after the jump!

“This is right after Claire gives birth to Brianna,” Balfe tells EW exclusively. “Those scenes are wonderful because it’s a new beginning, but it’s so fraught with so many other things. Obviously, this is Jamie’s child, but Claire’s in a new time and believes that Jamie is dead. So she’s really trying to look forward and give her daughter a new life, a stable family. I think it’s difficult for both of them. Frank is coming to terms with his wife. He didn’t quite know what had happened. She disappeared and she’s back. They’re tentatively trying to see if they can patch things up and allow themselves to embrace a future together. They really do try, but it’s not quite that easy.”

  1. I actually expect Hank to speak with Joyce privately to ask why she took the car without asking permission. I hope that will result in Joyce admitting she overheard their conversation about pulling her out of school.
