16) I’ve read a lot of great books in my life, but never books where the writer describes, everything, with such detail. You’re possessed in Diana’s stories, you can’t stop reading and you can’t get them out of your head or heart. The actors (ALL) could not be more perfect, their portrayal of the character’s in the series have been wonderful. I am a fan for life!!

140) At 73, who’da thunk I could have found my youth in the pages of a Diana Gabaldon book? But that’s what happened. I recorded, but didn’t watch either of the first two seasons. Then about a year ago I binge watched and fell love. I had friends who have told me that when something clicks it doesn’t matter what your age, you just know. Well, that’s how it was. The right people were cast in the primary roles and the acting was believable to the point of setting fire to my screen. What magic has been provided to this fan base. I’m not getting younger and so I worry whether I can live long enough to enjoy the end of the story, both in print and screen. And if not will they have it on where I go? Whatever happens I know I am part of a lucky group of people who found something more than a series of good books, written by a good writer, or a good tv show with good producers, writers, cast, etc. We found great!
