We haven’t done a poll in a while, so we thought we’d do one to see who’s your favourite Outlander Character besides Jamie and Claire.

I wanted to mark Angus right after Murtaugh
That been said I wantes to vote more of them than that
It’s so tempting to pick someone like Murtagh or BlackJack for the obvious reasons; but as the second half has gone on, I’m finding myself really enjoying the strength of Gary Lewis’ performance of Colum MacKenzie. Physically he may not compare to Dougal or Jamie, but what he lacks in stature, he more than makes up in many other ways!! His understanding of the situation-for the clan, intelligence, and just how he keeps control, whether I agree with him or not, he’s such a strong character to watch and fun to react to.
Tough one, so many good characters, but if have to choose one it is Dougal.
It’s hard to chose only one, while I love the fun element that Rupert and Angus bring to the series. I have to give it to Murtagh FiztGibbons Fraser. His devotion to Jamie is so true, he gets my vote.
I like Murtagh because he pledged himself to Jamie’s service when Jamie was a baby and he was loyal to his oath until he liked. He did it for loyal love of Jamie’s mother. I like his dour and sparse commentary.
Murtagh is the biggest Jamie and Claire shipper ! I know that Dougal technically put them together, for his own selfish reasons. But Murtagh told Claire that Jamie needed a woman not a Lassie. He also told Jamie that Claire has his mother’s smile. Not to mention how he helps Claire when she needs him most in the second half of the season. I LOVE Rupert and Angus for different reasons but Murtagh is such an important character and like I said, he was crucial (for the RIGHT reasons) in wanting Jamie to be with Claire.
I must admit I’m kinda heart broken that old Angus got so little screen time he was one of my fav characters from the book. But I understand they can’t use everything from the books. 💟😸💚
Love Murtagh but think Rupert is so funny at times.
The character Black Jack Randall is one you love to hate but he has found his way into my heart
I love Murtagh, always have. But his last name is Fraser – Fitzgibbons is his middle name.
Murtagh FitzGibbons Fraser is his full name, but FitzGibbons is more like a second last name, not really his middle name. The show just classifies him as Murtagh FtizGibbons, though, which is why we wrote his name like that for this poll.
