Sam Heughan might relish the idea of wearing a kilt, but the same can’t be said for his “Outlander” costar Tobias Menzies.
The British actor behind the characters Frank and Black Jack is what Heughan, a Scot, describes as a “the definition of a Sassenach” — but Menzies has no plans to wear what he calls a “singularly ridiculous piece of clothing.” Operation: Tobias In A Kilt, commence.

Well! I, myself, am an American and am very proud to wear an authentic kilt made in Inverness, Scotland. I bought it in honor of the character “Jamie Alexander Malcom MacKenzie Fraser! I do not like either of the two characters that Tobias Menzies plays on “Outlander”, but I do appreciate his talent for playing villains! If he is too “British” to wear a kilt then he is an Outlander!
